TERMS OF RESERVATION AND PURCHASE OF SERVICES IN CAMPING “SAULES KEMPINGS”
General conditions
1.1. These terms of service reservation, purchase and payment (hereinafter referred to as the terms) refer to the Camping “Saules Kempings” (Talsu nov., Mērsraga pag., Mērsrags, Bākas iela 28, LV-3284), (hereinafter – the Camping), offered for service reservations made by calling the telephone number indicated on the website, sending an e-mail, contacting a camping employee directly or on the website.
1.2. The Rules apply to reservations for individual customers (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
1.3. Only the maximum number of persons allowed for each service can be included in one reservation.
1.4. If the reservation is made on the website, the Customer cannot make a reservation of all the services available in the Camping together, the Customer only reserves the specific service, in the selected amount, for a certain period, which the customer has clearly chosen/selected.
1.5. 1.5. When making a reservation on the website, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail for the reservation, which contains the following information: – Type of service and date of use; – Customer information; – Number of guests; – Total service price (EUR with VAT).
1.6. 1.6. These terms do not apply to reservations of services and/or events organized by third parties, as well as to public events.
1.7. 1.7. The service can be booked and paid for:
1.7.1.approaching the Camping employee in person;
1.7.2. by calling the telephone number specified by the Camping and agreeing on the reservation and payment procedures and conditions during the telephone conversation;
1.7.3. 1.7.3. by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the Camping and agreeing in the correspondence on the conditions of reservation and payment;
1.7.4. using the Camping website www.sauleskempings.lv.
1.8. The Customer can change and cancel the reservation and purchase of services, only by following the terms and procedures specified in the regulations.
RESERVATION PAYMENT
2.1. When making a service reservation or buying a service on the Camping website, payment for the reservation can be made immediately on the day of making the reservation or on the day of using the service on site at the Camping.
2.2. Before paying for the service, the Customer confirms that he has checked the data specified in the reservation and has familiarized himself with the internal rules of the Camping, has read, agrees and clearly understands these rules.
2.3. If the customer uses a payment card for payment in person, the Camping employee has the right to request the customer to present the payment card and an identity document during registration.
2.4. If the service is reserved by contacting a Camping employee or by calling the phone number specified on the website or by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address specified on the website, payment can be made upon arrival at the campsite on the day of using the service. P ayment can be made in cash or by payment card.
2.5. 2.5. If the service is booked on the website www.sauleskempings.lv, payment can be made with a payment card or bank account using the Kevin payment service system, immediately at the time of booking the service or on the day of using the service on site at the Camping. All payments made on the Camping website are safe and full protection of the payer’s data is guaranteed.
CHANGE AND/OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION OR SERVICE PURCHASE
3.1. The customer can change the services reserved and not yet paid by the customer by contacting the Camping via the indicated phone number and/or e-mail, or if the reservation was made on the website, then use the reservation cancellation link that was sent to the e-mail in the reservation confirmation.
3.2. Changing the personal data specified in the reservation (name, surname) is not considered a change of reservation, but it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the Camping about the change of name and surname of the person (the Customer) who plans to receive the service in before the reservation date.
3.3. 3.3. If, as a result of changing the reservation, the price of the already booked services changes, the Customer shall pay the difference between the originally paid services and the changed service prices to the Camping in the same manner as when paying for the reservation.
3.4. 3.4. If the reservation is changed up to 7 days before the booked service date, no penalty is applied.
3.5. 3.5. If the customer has not registered with the Camping employee by the date and/or time of the reserved service, the Camping will cancel the entire reservation, unless the Camping has been informed in writing or by telephone by the date and time of the reservation.
3.6. 3.6. The customer can cancel the reservation before the reservation date by informing the Camping about it in writing, by sending a written notification, electronically to e-mail, indicating the following information: – name, surname of the person who made the reservation; – the booked service, its time and date; – information about the wish to cancel the reservation.
3.7. 3.7. If the reservation was made on the website, then the reservation can be canceled using the reservation cancellation link, which was sent to the e-mail in the reservation confirmation.
3.8. 3.8. If the camping house reservation is cancelled, the Camping applies the following penalty:
3.8.1. 3.8.1. if the reservation is canceled 7 days before the reservation date, then the contractual penalty is not applied to the Customer;
3.8.2. 3.8.2. if the reservation is canceled later than 6 days before the reservation date, a contractual penalty of 100% of the reservation price is applied.
3.9. 3.9. If the reservation or the purchase of the service is canceled, the price minus the contractual penalty is refunded to the customer by transferring the relevant amount to the same bank account from which the reservation or purchased service was paid. Camping, when making a refund to the Customer, has the right to withhold from the customer the amounts paid for the reservation made, the amount of money paid in bank commissions, for the processing and execution of bank payments.
GIFT CARDS
The customer can purchase a Camping Gift card. It is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase and is activated immediately after payment. The customer can receive the gift card in person at the camping “Saules Kempings” or by mail or e-mail. If you choose to receive it by mail, the gift card will be sent to the address specified by the customer within 2-3 working days. If you choose to receive by e-mail, a print file of the gift card will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer within 1 working day. The Gift card can be used to pay for any Camping service. The amount can be spent gradually.
